Job Summary We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team in either Chelmsford, MA or Needham, MA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing firm. Responsibilities Direct and supervise Tax Seniors, Semi Seniors, and staff accountants.

Ensure assignments are completed within the budgeted time. Interact with clients to discuss tax issues throughout the year. Develop technical knowledge through participation in organization meetings, training programs, industry events, and research activities.

Identify risk‑management issues and propose potential solutions via research and collaboration. Conduct research and draw conclusions to address target issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree in taxation or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of progressive tax preparation, review, and supervisory experience.

CPA license required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and tax software, including ProSystems and CCH. Technical proficiency in corporate, international, federal, state, and local tax, with a solid background in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, C Corps, partnerships, and trusts.

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, corporate consolidated returns, consolidated federal tax returns, partnership returns, and combined state tax returns. Ability to manage staff on multiple engagements. Ability to work in a team environment, supervise staff, and lead projects.

Ability to work additional hours as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
