We are looking for a Tax Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. In this role, you will support corporate tax compliance, reporting, and audit activities while working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all tax-related processes. What You'll Do Prepare and format general ledger data for use in tax provision and return software Support federal, state, and local tax compliance activities, including filings and payments File quarterly federal excise tax returns and assist with estimated tax calculations Monitor and manage sales tax data, including coordinating with external tax preparers Set up new tax locations and ensure proper configuration for compliance Reconcile tax-related general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies Respond to federal and state tax notices and inquiries Support tax audits by gathering and providing required documentation Partner with accounting teams to ensure accuracy of legal entity reporting Assist with data preparation and coordination for external tax return filings What Makes You Successful You’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly detail-oriented and enjoy working with financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
You’re comfortable managing multiple deadlines and understand the importance of precision in tax reporting and filings. You’re also a strong collaborator who can work effectively with internal teams and external partners. You bring a proactive mindset, identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and continuously improving processes where possible.
