Nashville, TN | 6 - 10 years of experience Apply Apply By | 14-Aug-2026 Save Job Share Job Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Automation Tools: SaltStack Functional: General Retail, Retail Point of Sale, Store Systems, Framework: ITIL (Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Release, Configuration Mgmt) Responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-scale Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and retail IT infrastructure across 1,000+ stores. Oversees release management, deployment, and system administration, ensuring stability and seamless software rollouts using tools such as SaltStack and Jira. Develops automation scripts (Bash) to enhance helpdesk troubleshooting and operational efficiency.

Maintains DEV/QA lab environments and production systems, including register imaging, configuration, and monitoring of data ingestion processes. Leads incident management and Tier 3 support operations, conducting daily triage meetings, resolving escalations, and minimizing store downtime. Manages large-scale assets including pinpad terminals and POS registers, while executing database updates and troubleshooting complex issues using SQL.

Coordinates cross-functional IT activities, organizes release schedules, and drives collaboration through regular sync meetings. Plays a key role in POS upgrades, store rollouts, and enterprise transformation initiatives including self-checkout implementation. Additionally responsible for process improvement and team enablement, including onboarding programs, training, and mentoring.
