Sustainability Analyst – Yugo | UK Remote with Travel (Bristol HQ) About the Role Yugo, a global student living brand, is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to support its environmental, social, and economic sustainability commitments across its international housing portfolio. Reporting to the Sustainability Manager and Global Head of Risk & Sustainability, you will provide high-quality data and insights to drive informed decision-making and performance improvements. You will collect, analyze, and report sustainability data (energy, water, waste) across Yugo’s portfolio, manage relationships with sustainability platforms, and contribute to reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a global, cross‑functional team. Key Responsibilities Support execution of Yugo’s sustainability strategy aligned with global standards Conduct environmental impact assessments and identify improvement opportunities Manage sustainability platforms (Measurabl, RealPage, ESPM) and utility data quality Collect and analyze sustainability data, prepare dashboards and reports Support internal and external reporting, including GRESB submissions and regulatory disclosures Engage with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to implement initiatives Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and reporting standards Contribute to training, awareness programmes, and process improvements Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in sustainability analysis/reporting roles Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and sustainability metrics Knowledge of frameworks such as GRESB, Fitwel, BREEAM Understanding of global utility reporting and consumption Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team Experience in real estate property management or student housing Background in fast‑growing businesses Familiarity with GRESB/Fitwel reporting structures Compensation and Benefits Salary/Pay: £37,000–£39,000 per year Permanent, full‑time role (37.5 hours per week) Remote work with travel requirements Opportunities for professional growth within a global brand Location Remote (UK-based) with travel.
