Support Engineer

Job Title: Support Engineer - SQL Salary: £45k - £50k Working Model: Hybrid We’re working with a leading legal organisation who are looking to hire a Support Engineer to join their growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical problem solving and working closely with business users to support and improve critical systems within a Microsoft environment. In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting and maintaining systems within a Microsoft-based environment Using SQL and SQL-based workflows to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues Investigating and resolving incidents across applications, systems, and user environments Working closely with business teams to support and improve operational workflows Diagnosing root causes and ensuring effective long-term fixes, not just quick resolutions Supporting business-critical applications and ensuring system stability and performance Key experience required: Strong SQL experience, including working with or supporting SQL-based workflows Solid background in technical troubleshooting and issue resolution Experience working within a Microsoft environment (e.g.
