Role: Success Factor Functional Consulta ntStart Date: AS APContra ctOnsite-5 da ysDuration: 6 Months+ possible extensio nsLocation: Mumbai, Ind iaLanguage: Engli sh Key responsibili ties• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFac torsmodules, with a primary focus on Employee Central (EC) and LMS.• Design, develop, and manage API-based integrations between SuccessFactors and thirdp artyHR, payroll, or business systems using OData APIs, SFAPI, and Integration Cen ter.• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functi onaldesign specifications aligned with HR best practi ces.• Configure and maintain LMS modules including course catalogues, curricula, lear ningassignments, compliance training, and report ing.• Manage Employee Central configuration — org structures, position managem ent,workflows, business rules, and MDF obje cts.• Support system upgrades, release management, and bi-annual SAP SuccessFac torsupdates with impact assessme nts.• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery o f HRtechnology soluti ons.• Provide post-go-live support, training, and knowledge transfer to HR teams and end us ers.
