Structural Engineer

Technical Group Leader - Civil/Structural Engineer We are seeking an experienced Technical Group Leader to lead a high‑performing formwork and temporary works design team supporting complex construction projects. This is a senior technical leadership role for a hands‑on engineer who combines deep formwork and shoring expertise with the ability to lead, mentor, and govern design quality in a fast‑paced, design‑assist environment. The Role You will take technical ownership of a regional design function, guiding projects from concept through delivery while ensuring designs are safe, efficient, constructible, and commercially sound.

You will act as the senior technical authority, setting standards, reviewing complex designs, and developing the capability of your team.
