About The Role You will deliver excellent customer service and manage the day-to-day running of the shop Oversee targets, financial records and handle banking Ensure compliance with trading standards, Gift Aid and Hospice policies Build positive community relationships and recruit, train and support volunteers Manage shift cover and encourage positive culture through team meetings and training Ensure volunteer training and mandatory updates are completed on time Work regularly with the Retail Management Team Oversee organisation of incoming stock and store display About You We are looking for someone who: Has a positive and reliable approach with strong communication Previous experience working as a store manager Is organised, self‑motivated and able to manage their time effectively Can comfortably lead and provide training to other staff members Is comfortable with basic admin, monitoring shifts and working with management Can oversee running of shop and has the flexibility to cover other stores if needed If you feel this role would suit you and you share our values of care, compassion, and community, we would love to hear from you.
