As one of the largest authorized dealers for Cricket Wireless, PQH wireless is currently seeking a self-motivated Retail Wireless Store Manager to join our team in San Marcos, TX. We have a great incentive structure on top of salary wages for our management team. This means you can earn bonuses on top of your salary! Those who are sell motivated in sales, customer service, and thrive in a small team environment are encouraged to apply. Job Purpose: Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching. Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features. Retain customers by provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions. Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames. Weekend availability required.
