Youâll lead the charge in every aspect of your storeâs day-to-day operations and plans for future success, and youâll be the one person ultimately accountable for setting the standard for best in the world customer experiences, top-notch employee performance, and budget-beating sales.

Your goal is to run not only a successful shop, but a shop thatâs the best for your community, your customers, and your employees. You will have the opportunity to change peopleâs lives! Financial Performance â 50% Drive sales by leading from the floor, providing incredible hospitality, and being one of the top two performing salespeople.
Support financial goals through participating in the annual budgeting process, financial reviews, and team coaching. Staff Performance â 25% Lead training across all key areas and validate through observation, roleâplay, and tools like Trek U. Host biâweekly leadership meetings with your leadership team and directly responsible individuals (DRIs) to review performance and plan ahead.
Store Merchandising & Operations â 15% Maintain an organized, shopperâfriendly store with strong merchandising and displays. Oversee store operations including inventory management, supply management, and QuickBooks exports. Human Resources â 10% Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
Support all HR processes including discipline and team engagement. What Youâll Bring To The Team Retail KnowâHow: Youâve got a solid handle on retail fundamentalsâthink KPIs, profit & loss statements, budgetsâthe numbers that keep a store thriving. Leadership Experience: Youâve led a team for at least a year and know how to coach, inspire, and bring out the best in people.
Retail Roots: Youâve spent at least 2 years in the retail world. Operational Chops: From inventory and merchandising to payroll, scheduling, and customer serviceâyouâve done it all and can juggle these pieces like a pro. Love for Bikes: You believe bikes make the world better!
