It’s ownership. About the role as Store Manager As Store Manager, you run the floor. You drive sales, track performance, and act fast when anything needs to change.
You lead your team from the front, making sure energy stays high, execution stays sharp, and every customer interaction counts. You work hands‑on with everything from coaching and scheduling to KPIs and daily operations, always with one focus: performance. In a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment like Times Square, you make sure nothing slips and every opportunity is taken.
Your responsibilities will include: Drive sales with intent, setting clear daily targets, tracking performance in real time, and acting fast when gaps appear Lead from the floor, selling, demonstrating, and setting the standard for what great looks like in every interaction Stay on top of the numbers monitoring and optimizing KPIs like conversion, ATV, and revenue to keep performance moving Coach continuously turning everyday moments on the floor into opportunities to develop your team and raise the bar Build a culture that performs high‑energy, competitive, and driven by results Own the daily operations from scheduling and staffing to execution on the floor, always with a clear sales focus Make every interaction count ensuring the customer experience reflects the full tm:rw standard Partner closely with leadership aligning on goals, execution, and constantly pushing performance forward About you You bring solid experience from retail sales, with a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams and delivering real results; that part is a given. You know how to sell more than just products. With a background in technology, innovation, or premium consumer tech, you understand how to turn complex solutions into engaging, high‑impact customer experiences.
And you do it where it matters most, on the floor. Present, hands‑on, and fully in it. You thrive in a multi‑brand environment where expectations are high, and product knowledge runs deep.

Most importantly, you believe in what you sell. If technology and innovation genuinely excite you, you won’t just fit in — you’ll lead from the front. At least 5 years of retail sales experience with a strong focus on sales performance, of which a minimum of 3 years has been in a store management or senior leadership role.
