Summary As a Store Manager at Lacoste, you will be the driving force behind our store’s operations, sales, and team management. You will play a crucial role in managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the store meets or exceeds sales goals, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing inventory, and leading a motivated and customer‑focused team.

Essential Job Responsibilities Oversee store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient processes. Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and analyze sales data for growth opportunities. Lead, coach, and mentor associates to improve performance; conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Uphold outstanding customer service standards; address customer queries and complaints professionally. Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing stock, and maintaining accuracy to minimize losses. Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure visual appeal that aligns with brand standards.

Oversee the store budget, including labor costs, supplies, and other expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, secure environment for customers and staff. Requirements / Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.

Proven track record of sales achievement and successful team management. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
