Location & Position Store #: 002222 – Sunglass Hut Requisition ID: 927049 Position: Full‑Time General Function The Store Manager is an on‑floor leader who performs all store functions while guiding and inspiring the team.

By coaching, mentoring, and developing associates, the Manager ensures every team member delivers the Sunglass Hut Experience and drives sales. Major Duties and Responsibilities Utilize Sunglass Hut tools to consistently meet sales plans and company objectives. Develop and execute the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.

Identify sales opportunities to achieve personal and store goals. Lead by example, coaching and inspiring the team to enhance store performance. Build a teamwork‑focused environment that fosters career growth and talent retention.

Recruit, hire, and onboard staff using company onboarding tools. Create an inspirational work environment that reflects brand integrity. Maintain an emotional connection among team members to translate into sales.

Spend 100% of time on the sales floor. Develop customer relationships through interaction and feedback. Serve as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand and uphold brand standards.

Stay knowledgeable about products, new merchandise, and fashion trends. Ensure flawless execution of operational policies and procedures. Communicate promotions, contests, and incentives to the team.

Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of store operations.

Detail‑oriented with strong critical‑thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service and/or retail. Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $22.90 – $34.69 per hour.
