The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive customer experience, managing inventory, implementing loss prevention protocols, and training staff. The role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the store's standards and driving sales growth. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication Experience in Store Management and Retail Operations Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention processes and practices Effective leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field is preferred Proven experience in a retail, luxury, or jewelry environment is a plus
