Rent‑A‑Center is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, manage hiring, training, inventory, and team development, and deliver superior customer service. The position includes maximizing store performance, growing the team, and promoting from within. Responsibilities Manage all store activities, including hiring, training, inventory, and ongoing team development.

Grow the store and develop team members. Provide superior customer service. Qualifications 3–5 years of retail/management experience.

High school diploma or GED. Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; may be required to drive company vehicle.
