This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN. This position is a Store Manager role that will function as a floating support manager across 2–3 locations, working closely with other Store Managers to support daily operations, coverage, & overall team performance. This role is designed as a launch point into leading your own store.

The goal is for this position to transition into overseeing one home location, with a longer-term growth path into multi-unit management as E+ROSE continues to expand. Job Description Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders, while holding team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed. Scheduling and Labor Management: Create and manage employee schedules, while controlling labor costs and ensuring optimal staffing levels.

Inventory Management: Own all ordering of inventory and keep a close eye on product levels. Ensure timely replenishment of products to avoid shortages, while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels. Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffee, and toast. Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow team members to ensure smooth cafe operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus.
