Job Description
Store Manager Smoothie King is the nation’s oldest retailer of nutritional smoothies, vitamins, and nutritional supplements. 2 year of management experience is required in roles such as shift lead, assistant manager, store manager. Key responsibilities include: Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store follows them. Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and work on the line when necessary.
Hire all employees. Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders. Reporting to the District Manager.
Create weekly employee schedules. Ordering and inventory counts. Pay staff weekly.
Requirements: 2 year management experience in roles such as shift lead, assistant manager, or store manager. Experience in Smoothie King preferred. Benefits and opportunities: Bonus and credit card tip available.
