Leadership Characteristics While not visionary, Crumbl managers see the “big picture” with their feet firmly on the ground and focused on operational realities They are champions of constructive change and enthusiastic about performance improvement They foster good relations with franchise owners - often as a means of ensuring their service gets the resources it needs They support their teams energetically – primarily through training and planning to prepare for change Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations Ensure high quality of food production and presentation Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Create and maintain a positive and efficient work environment Train, supervise, and mentor staff members Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities Requirements Proven experience in food production, team management, and kitchen management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food industry trends Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in computer software applications related to restaurant management Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
