The Role As Flagship Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, leading from the front in a consultative, customer-first home retail environment . You will: Drive sales performance, KPIs, and profitability Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience centred around home and lifestyle solutions Inspire customers through product knowledge, storytelling, and in-store experience Manage all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and compliance Build a culture of accountability, energy, and excellence What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Store Manager / Senior Retail Manager within homewares, furniture, interiors, or premium retail Strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs Experience leading commission-driven teams Passion for customer experience, interiors, and lifestyle retail A hands-on leader who leads from the front Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills What’s in it for You?
