Summary: Location is flexible across Bristol depending on candidate location. Salary range £46,000 - £66,000 per annum. 30‑45 hour contract (pro‑rata). 30‑35 days holiday (pro‑rata). 10% in‑store discount. Pension scheme.

Be responsible for managing and improving the day‑to‑day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs. Optimise processes and resolve problems to keep your store running like clockwork and your team focused on their tasks. Deliver excellent customer service to everyone who shops with us.

What you’ll need Experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management, delegation, and problem‑solving skills. A pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and your team through every shift.

Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations. The confidence to monitor, manage and improve your store’s key performance indicators. What you’ll receive 30-35 days of holiday (pro‑rata).
