Store Manager Position Overvie w We are seeking a highly experienced Store Manager with 7–10 years of expertise in manufacturing environments for Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing raw material receipts, finished goods inventory, and ensuring uninterrupted production through effective inventory control and store operations. This role reports directly to the CEO and requires strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP/industry-relevant softwar e.

Key Responsibiliti es: Material Recei vingEnsure proper receipt of raw materials with accurate documentation, including Goods Receipt Vouchers (GRV), Store Receipt Vouchers (SRV), and other related reco rds.Verify material quantity and quality in coordination with relevant departme nts.Stock Manage mentMaintain optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted production operati ons.Monitor stock movement and implement effective inventory control measu res.Finished Goods Con trolManage finished goods inventory with complete accuracy and accountabil ity.Coordinate timely dispatches and maintain stock reconciliation reco rds.Accountabi lityTake end-to-end responsibility for raw material receipts, storage, inventory management, and finished goods dispa tch.Documentation & Repor tingMaintain accurate records of stock movements, transactions, and inventory sta tus.Prepare regular stock reports, variance analyses, and MIS reports for management rev iew.Software Profici encyUtilize MS Office and ERP/industry-specific software for inventory tracking, reporting, and data managem ent. Qualificat ions:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Supply Chain Management, or a related discip line.7–10 years of experience in store and inventory management within manufacturing indust ries.Strong knowledge of inventory control systems, GRV/SRV processes, and finished goods manage ment.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/software applicat ions.Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting sk ills.
