Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager who embodies GNC’s “Live Well” philosophy—living strong, long, and fit. In this full‑time supervisory role you will lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service, drive sales, and promote our brand. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the store, including business performance, product management, and customer service.

Ensure products are merchandised according to GNC standards while maintaining an easy‑to‑see, easy‑to‑buy experience. Support the total shopping experience through visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and customer relationships. Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals and help sales associates realize their potential.

Build strong teams, provide ongoing feedback, recruit, hire, and manage performance. Open, close, and operate the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits per GNC procedures. Represent GNC at community fairs, conferences, and public gatherings to promote our mission.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule Must stand or walk up to eight hours per day. Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive hand motions. Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally 40 lbs) and use of ladders.

Work temperatures between 50 °F and 85 °F, especially in the stock room. Use a computer up to 60 % of the time. Five days per week, 40 hours.

Shift expectations vary by location: mall stores, strip‑center stores, and downtown stores have specific night, weekend, and holiday requirements as outlined in the internal schedule.
