Job Description

Our client, a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand within the accessories space, is seeking a Store Manager to lead its first physical retail location. This individual will play a key role in building the store from the ground up, overseeing daily operations, developing a strong team, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead all in-store operations, ensuring a high level of service and overall store performance Hire, train, and mentor a team of associates, creating a collaborative and accountable environment Drive store sales through active leadership, coaching, and performance management Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage based on business needs Oversee inventory flow, including receiving shipments, stock organization, and inventory accuracy Maintain store presentation, ensuring alignment with brand standards across all product categories Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and applicable regulations Utilize store systems to support transactions, reporting, and daily operations Oversee in-store service offerings, ensuring team readiness and proper execution Qualifications Proven management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-category environment Fluency in English and Spanish required Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving sales goals Strong operational knowledge including inventory management and point-of-sale systems Understanding of visual presentation and store standards Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to learn and oversee additional in-store service functions #J-18808-Ljbffr
