Job Description

Lead daily store operations ensuring efficiency, organization, and brand standards Manage, coach, and develop store teams to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service Drive sales performance through proactive floor leadership, client engagement, and team motivation Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members Maintain operational excellence including inventory management, loss prevention, visual standards, and compliance Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a polished and consistent customer experience aligned with luxury expectations Analyze business trends, KPIs, and sales data to identify opportunities and implement solutions Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable store culture Qualifications Proven leadership experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a luxury, fashion, or beauty retail environment Strong operational skillset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed What We’re Looking For A confident and polished leader with a passion for people and product Someone who thrives in dynamic environments and leads by example Experience elevating customer experiences while driving business results #J-18808-Ljbffr
