Role Description The Store Manager at Dollar Tree is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive shopping experience and achieving sales goals. Key duties include managing staff, monitoring inventory, optimizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Decatur, GA. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction strategies, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all patrons Strong Store Management skills, including overseeing day-to-day operations and leading a team effectively Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure security and loss control measures are followed Exceptional Communication skills to interact with associates, customers, and vendors professionally Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance metrics and store goals Strong organizational and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred Previous retail management experience, particularly in a value-driven environment, is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
