About the Role Yi Hui Tea is seeking a responsible and dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our upcoming store in Singapore. We hope you enjoy beverage preparation, are detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory, including stock in/out and supplier orders Record and analyze daily sales, ensuring accuracy of reports Oversee daily store operations, such as staff scheduling and cleanliness Ensure smooth opening and closing proceduresTrain and supervise staff to maintain service quality and consistency Participate in beverage preparation to uphold product standards Requirements Prior experience in F & B or retail management preferred Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (tea, coffee, etc.) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit What We Offer Career development opportunities and professional training Friendly, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment Attendance bonus & performance bonus Year-end 13th-month salary & minimum 12 days of paid annual leave Public holidays & joining bonus of S$1,000 About Us Yi Hui Tea is a Singapore-founded brand focused on quality and wellness.
