Job Title: Manager of Coffee Shop, Deli, and Artisanal Market Salary : $70-$72,500+ DOE with opportunities to grow! Benefits : Health Insurance (including Vision and Dental) Position Overview We are seeking a highly reliable, independent, and results-driven Manager to oversee our artisanal and unique European-style market, which includes a beautiful coffee shop, an artisan deli, and a curated selection of gourmet groceries, beer, and wine. As the Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, deli, and market, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently and we deliver the best customer experience. The ideal candidate will have coffee and/or deli experience, the ability to create artisanal sandwiches, have no ideas for the business with exclusive products, and a strong sense of leadership to motivate, manage, and train staff. You must be highly autonomous, communicative, and organized, with the ability to perform various operational tasks including scheduling, ordering, stocking, and more.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, deli, and artisanal market. Ensure that all products are stocked, fresh, and properly displayed. Scheduling & Staffing: Handle employee scheduling, hiring, and managing staff.

Ensure that the team works efficiently and upholds high standards of customer service. Inventory & Ordering: Manage food and beverage inventory, place orders, and receive deliveries. Monitor product quality and maintain accurate stock levels.

Sandwich Creation & Deli Service: Demonstrate expertise in creating and serving artisanal sandwiches, ensuring consistent quality and creativity in offerings. Customer Relations: Foster relationships with regular customers, offering excellent service and personalized recommendations. Be proactive in addressing customer concerns and feedback.

Staff Training: Hire, train, and supervise employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and high standards of service. Financial Oversight: Assist in budget management, track expenses, and optimize operational costs while maintaining high product quality. Autonomous Leadership: Work independently to ensure smooth operations and make decisions that drive results.

Ability to resolve issues and adapt to changing circumstances quickly. Cultural Competency: Communicate effectively and respectfully with a diverse team and clientele from various cultural backgrounds. Requirements Deli Experience: Proven experience in deli operations, including knowledge of creating and serving artisanal sandwiches.

Management Experience: Experience managing a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities without needing constant supervision. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees and customers alike.
