This role involves leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service. The Store Manager will analyze sales data and market trends to optimize inventory and promotional strategies, driving store profitability and growth.

Additionally, the manager will implement training programs to enhance staff skills and foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment. Ultimately, the Store Manager plays a critical role in representing the brand and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the retail store. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within a specialty retail environment.

Strong knowledge of retail sales processes, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Experience with retail management software and point-of-sale systems.

Background in specialty retail sectors with a focus on customer engagement and sales growth. Certification in customer service training or retail management. Proven track record of successfully managing store budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed store sales goals and key performance indicators. Train, mentor, and evaluate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high team morale.

Oversee visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment that aligns with brand guidelines. Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing coverage while accommodating flexible work hours. Monitor and analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing campaigns and promotional events. Skills: The required skills such as store sales expertise and retail management are essential for driving daily store performance and achieving sales targets.

Visual merchandising skills are applied to design appealing product displays that attract customers and enhance the shopping experience. Customer service training skills enable the manager to develop a knowledgeable and courteous team that consistently meets customer needs.
