The role involves managing store operations, driving high-value sales, and delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Drive store sales and achieve revenue targets Manage high-value business (₹50–60 lakhs or above) Deliver superior customer experience aligned with luxury standards Oversee daily store operations, team management, and inventory control Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines Build and nurture relationships with premium clientele Monitor team performance and ensure productivity Requirements: Proven experience in luxury or premium retail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed with a professional presence Experience in handling high-end/luxury customers Ability to manage and drive store performance Preferred Profile: Candidates from premium or luxury retail brands will be preferred Application Details: Email: WhatsApp: 8779679960
