Startup Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Manager – Startup Funding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end process of raising funds for startups, including investor outreach, financial preparation, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle for startups, from preparation to closure Identify and connect with investors, venture capitalists, angel networks, and financial institutions Prepare and review pitch decks, financial models, business plans, and valuation reports Conduct market research and investor mapping to identify funding opportunities Coordinate and lead due diligence processes with investors Assist in deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders Track fundraising progress and provide regular updates to leadership Stay updated with startup ecosystem trends, funding patterns, and regulatory requirements Key Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in startup funding, investment banking, venture capital, or financial advisory Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and capital markets Experience in handling end-to-end fundraising processes independently Excellent skills in financial analysis and modeling Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Finance / CA / CFA (preferred but not mandatory) Prior exposure to startup ecosystem or fundraising platforms
