Staff Nurse

Job description Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

Assist in wound dressing, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures. Ensure patient hygiene, nutrition, and overall comfort.
