Job Description
The Role:
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient health status.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care activities accurately.
- Participate in patient care planning and evaluation.
Team Structure: You will be part of a dedicated nursing team, working alongside physicians, specialists, and support staff.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and soft skills to excel in this role.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Critical thinking.
- Patient assessment.
- Time management.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) will also be considered.
