Job Description
Responsibilities Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for HBM Base die and Core DRAM die circuits. Simulate, optimize and floor‑plan circuits using industry simulators such as FINESIM, HSPICE and VERILOG. Collaborate with Micron’s worldwide design and verification teams and multidisciplinary teams such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly and Marketing to proactively design HBM products. Assist in design validation, reticle experiments and required tape‑out revisions, oversee and manage the layout process, leading floor‑planning process including placement and routing optimization. Perform reliability verification and contribute to cross‑group communication, training, standardization, continuous education, competitor analysis, and driving innovation into future memory generations. Qualifications Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related field. CMOS circuit design, device physics, state machine logic/design verification techniques; high‑speed circuit design and optimization Development of memory behavioral models using System Verilog HBM specification, design and verification Verilog testbench development and UVM Layout extraction (SPF or SDF etc.) Verilog‑Spice co‑sim Scripting language (Python or Tcl etc.) Benefits Micron offers medical, dental, vision plans, income protection, paid family leave, paid time‑off, paid holidays, and other benefits.
