Job Title: Senior Python AI Engineer (Contract Role) Location: Remote Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST (US Overlap) Experience: 9+ Years Employment Type: Contract / Short-Term Project Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Python AI Engineer to join our team on a short-term project engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, AI Agents, Agentic AI frameworks, and hands-on experience with CLAW/OpenClaw implementations. This role requires an individual who can quickly understand existing systems, contribute to AI-powered automation initiatives, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding.

Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications and agent-based systems. · Build, customize, and enhance AI agents using modern agentic frameworks. · Work with CLAW/OpenClaw frameworks and related AI orchestration tools. · Develop scalable Python-based backend services and automation workflows. · Integrate LLMs, APIs, external services, and AI tools into existing systems. · Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize AI agent performance. · Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver project milestones. · Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance best practices. · Participate in technical discussions and solution design activities. Required Skills · 9+ years of hands-on software development experience. · Strong expertise in Python programming. · Proven experience building AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows. · Hands-on experience with CLAW/OpenClaw frameworks. · Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications. · Strong understanding of AI orchestration, automation, and prompt engineering concepts. · Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and backend architectures. · Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. · Ability to quickly understand and contribute to existing codebases. Preferred Skills · Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms. · Knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks. · Experience with vector databases and RAG implementations. · Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. · Experience with Docker and deployment pipelines.
