Job Description Job Description The Role The Senior Project Manager to lead digital delivery teams on high-visibility client projects. This is not a coordinator role. You will own the product roadmap, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating complex technical challenges.

You'll need enough technical depth to translate requirements between engineering and stakeholders, and enough client instinct to know when to push back and when to move fast. What You'll Own Product vision and roadmap in collaboration with management, engineering, and operations Client relationships and delivery, from kickoff through launch Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and trade-off decisions that keep projects on track Mentorship of junior product team members Advocacy for user needs and lean iteration practices What We're Looking For 5+ years of project or product management experience in a technical environment, or 13+ years without a formal degree At least 1 year leading cross-functional teams Working knowledge of Agile methodology, not just the vocabulary US Citizenship or legal residency with the ability to obtain a low-level security clearance Nice to have: QA background, mobile product experience, CSPO/CSM/CPM certification, accessibility standards knowledge Compensation and Perks $130,000 - $155,000 base, depending on experience Fully remote, US-based Health benefit contribution High-visibility projects with real impact on public-sector clients
