Job Description
General Responsibilities Review program/project scope to ensure alignment with Network Product & Platformsâ goals and strategic objectives. Manage program/project framework and governance controls to ensure all approvals are collected and documented, and risks are captured and mitigated. Ensure program framework processes are followed.
Program and Project Delivery Prioritize and align key program milestones with program workstream stakeholders. Coordinate crossâfunctional platform teams to ensure programs/projects are completed in a timely manner. Monitor progression of key milestones in the program.
Synthesize data from various sources to demonstrate the value of the program/project. Moderate dependency issues and program risks with stakeholders across platform areas. Collaboration, Compliance, Risk, and Reporting Build crossâfunctional relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate open collaboration, ensure all deliverables meet regulatory and organizational standards, and communicate decisions and updates across teams.
Escalate to senior leadership program risks or issues affecting major timeline, cost, or scope impacts. Develop and maintain program/project progress reports for executive leadership, supporting transparency and informed decisionâmaking. Safeguard that all relevant documents and decisions are saved and accessible for audit and review.
Implement change management processes for all programs and maintain enterprise and departmentâlevel controls. Basic Qualifications Bachelorâs Degree or Military experience. At least 8 years of Project Management experience.
At least 1 year of People Management experience. Preferred Qualifications Masterâs or MBA degree. 10+ years of Project Management experience. 3+ years of People Management experience. PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
