Job Description As a Sr. IT Analyst at Honeywell, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving systems and processes to support business objectives and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to identify innovative solutions and contribute to the organizationâs technology initiatives.
You will report to the Sr Director, SAP Process Transformation and will work out of Honeywell US locations - Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Atlanta, GA; or Houston, TX on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule: For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday through Friday. In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of SAP S4 transformation by aligning process designs with business functions, supporting project deliverables, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Utilize BPM methodology and tools (e.g. Signavio) to map, model, and design business processes. Analyze IT systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure IT solutions meet business needs. Support IT projects by providing dataâdriven insights and assisting with implementation and testing. Maintain documentation and provide training to endâusers as needed.
Stay updated on emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements. Qualifications â You Must Have Experience in IT, BPM or related roles, demonstrating strong problemâsolving and analytical skills. Proficiency with BPM and data analysis tools and techniques to support decisionâmaking and process improvements.
Knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and business process workflows relevant to enterprise environments. Familiarity with project support activities including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation. Ability to stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies to recommend enhancements.
