Job Description

Requirements Gathering : Ability to define business and functional requirements by engaging with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities. Solution Design: Expertise in collaborating with Solution Architects and Developers to create high-level and low-level solution designs. Product Vision: Capability to work closely with the Product Owner to shape and contribute to the Product Vision. Backlog Management: Proficiency in owning and managing the Product Backlog, documenting requirements in User Stories, and securing sign-off from the Product Owner before development. Functional Design : Ensure that solutions meet user needs and are consistent with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities. Development Support: Provide daily support to the Development Team, including detailed specifications and descriptions of User Stories. Dependency Management: Skill in managing dependencies of the Product Backlog with other products. Configuration and Testing: Ability to perform basic configuration tasks and execute tests effectively. Training and Documentation: Contribute to the development of training materials, process documentation, and Gap Analysis.

User Support: Assist Key Users in testing activities, providing guidance, and addressing their inquiries.
