Sr Accountant- Property Accounting - Real Estate - ONSITE IN Coral Gables

Property Accountant - Coral Gables, FL

Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

This is an onsite position with no relocation, remote, or property manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CPA firm, CFO, and Controller.
• Oversee a team of 7-8 Property Accountants.
• Handle many ad‑hoc projects for the Family Office of the Principal.
• Will not be involved in the financial statement close process.
• Immediate promotion to Controller upon successful completion of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate property accounting (multi‑family sector).
• Proficiency in property accounting software such as YARDI and Entrata.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
