  • Other responsibilities (≈30%)
    • Handle various operations and external communications tasks, such as owning inboxes for external queries and triaging with the team.

What We Are Looking For

  • You avidly follow AI developments, e.g., you know what GPQA Diamond is and can discuss why benchmark saturation matters.

  • Generous paid time off: unlimited personal and sick leave, 30 days PTO per year protected, and 4 months paid parental leave for permanent staff with at least 12 months of tenure (prorated if less).
  • Flexible expense policy for equipment and development tools, subject to regulations and manager approval.
  • Paid work trips, including three staff retreats and relevant conferences per year.
  • Access to well‑equipped offices in Berkeley, California for at least 20 days per year, regardless of remote location.
