What We’re Looking For •Experience in a spa, salon, fitness studio, or hospitality front desk preferred •Background in sales, memberships, or client-facing service roles •Familiarity with spa booking or POS systems; Zenoti platform experience strongly preferred •Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends •Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Key Responsibilities •Present and sell spa memberships, services, and retail products •Create a positive and professional first impression for all guests, with the goal of converting first-time prospects and leads into recurring members •Manage appointment scheduling, client profiles, and payments using Zenoti •Educate clients on services, enhancements, and current promotions •Build strong relationships with returning guests and members •Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area •Support management and team goals related to sales performance and guest satisfaction What We Provide •Hourly pay with additional commission opportunities •Performance-based incentives and team contests •Ongoing training and support •Opportunities for advancement within the spa •Flexible scheduling for part-time and full-time team members •Supportive, team-oriented work environment •Employee discounts on services, retail products, and gift cards •Paid sick time •4 complimentary spa services per year •Employee referral bonus program Qualifications •18 years of age or older •High school diploma or equivalent •Previous sales or customer service experience preferred •Comfortable using scheduling and POS software (Zenoti experience a plus) •Strong communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment •Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team Franchise Disclosure This location is independently owned and operated.
