Vous êtes Attentionné, vous offrez un service personnalisé et une expérience unique à chaque client Reposant, vous dégagez de la zénitude et grâce à vous le temps semble s’arrêter Challenger/Performeur, vous aimez vous lancer de nouveaux défis pour développer le chiffre d'affaires du Spa (produits et services) et garantir la satisfaction de nos clients Vous allez - Vous développez en bénéficiant de formations professionnalisantes sur les protocoles de marques de renom telles que Sothys, Cinq Mondes ou encore Payot - Coordonner et promouvoir l’espace Spa au sein du Resort (600 à 1 200 clients) - Encadrer une équipe de 5 à 17 collaborateurs - Piloter et analyser les résultats financiers et la qualité du service Spa du Resort - S’assurer de la qualité des relations avec les clients en renforçant la culture et l’esprit Club Med - Promouvoir et mettre en place des animations commerciales au sein du Resort - Suivre l'état des stocks, identifier les besoins en approvisionnement et établir les commandes - Être en lien avec les différents service du Resort : lingerie, réception... - Fédérer et motiver les équipes autour d’objectifs définis et les accompagner dans leur développement - Garantir le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité Club Med En devenant G.O Responsable Spa, vous allez pouvoir bénéficier des infrastructures et activités proposées par Club Med. Challenger/Performer, you like to take on new challenges to develop the Spa's turnover (products and services) and guarantee the satisfaction of our customers You will - Develop yourself by benefiting from professional training on the protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes or Payot - Coordinate and promote the Spa area within the Resort (600 to 1200 clients) - Manage a team of 5 to 17 employees - Manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort's spa - Ensure the quality of customer relations by strengthening the Club Med culture and spirit - Promote and set up commercial activities within the Resort - Monitor stock status, identify supply needs and establish orders - Work in collaboration with other Resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc. ) - Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development - Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets In becoming a G.O Spa Manager, you will benefit from the infrastructures and activities offered by Club Med.
