What you’ll be doing: You’ll sit at the heart of product and sales, working cross-functionally to bring compelling ranges to life.

Partner with global sourcing teams to build clear, pre-season strategies and deliver strong, commercially competitive product offers Identify new opportunities for growth and confidently present ideas that convert into orders Play a key role in product development—from initial concept through to ready-to-buy ranges Monitor sales performance, analyse results, and support teams to continuously improve Manage critical paths to ensure key deadlines and milestones are met Influence buying teams with compelling product pitches and insights Support negotiations on cost, delivery, and order quantities to ensure best outcomes Act as a key link between teams, solving challenges and keeping everything moving smoothly Travel for seasonal territory visits, trade shows, and inspiration What we’re looking for: Strong experience in product development and sourcing (womenswear essential) Background in buying or merchandising is a big plus xwzovoh Excellent commercial awareness and understanding of trends A confident communicator who can influence and inspire stakeholders Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven to see things through A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams Benefits: Salary - £47,000 - £65,000 (DOE) Private Medical Insurance Share options Car or Car Allowance Life Assurance 25 days holiday plus bank Pension Candidates will need to be based in the UK and have right to work in the UK
