Position Purpose The Freemen Nutra Group team is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The primary purpose of this position is to manage the sourcing of ingredients and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality, and to support the sales team with technical and commercial expertise. General Information Department: Sourcing/Procurement Type: Full Time Location: Mumbai, India Essential Job Functions Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for ingredients and materials Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers Manage supplier relationships and performance Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends Collaborate with the sales team to understand technical and commercial requirements Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials Resolve any issues related to supplier quality and delivery Perform other duties as assigned, including administrative tasks within the office Minimum Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, particularly in a B2B environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and efficiently on assigned tasks Capability to manage multiple tasks/orders simultaneously Strong communication and negotiation skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with co-workers Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of ERP software - Sage x3 preferred Graduation / PG in Science field Experience in the Ingredients Industry with a supplier, distributor or manufacturer. Salary Range USD 16,000 - 18,000 Annually
