Solution Analyst, Data

Workplace Type: On-Site Experience Level: Associate Job Type: Full Time The Solution Analyst, Global Data Services, reports to the Sr. Manager, Data Services. This role works independently and with business stakeholders, the Solution Analyst, Global Data Services will participate in designing and delivering master data and analytics solutions.

You will be responsible for delivering extensive, high quality and scalable solutions in support of Nutrien’s Global Operations. What You’ll Do: Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable master data and analytics solutions Analyze data across enterprise systems to support reporting, insights generation, and decision-making Design and document data solutions, including business logic, transformations, and technical specifications Understand and support reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI), including dashboards, datasets, and reusable templates Manage and contribute to delivery backlogs, supporting prioritization and execution of work commitments Collaborate with Data Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality data solutions Enable business users through training, documentation, and day-to-day support to improve data adoption and trust Support Change Management efforts by reinforcing new data capabilities and ways of working within the business Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and audit requirements in delivered solutions Communicate clearly with stakeholders to build shared understanding, alignment, and confidence in data solutions What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline 3+ years of combined experience delivering solutions and hands‑on data roles in a large-scale, heterogeneous IT environment Prior work experience working with technologies like SAP HANA, Databricks or Snowflake Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and previous experience in DW environments Master Data experience is considered an asset Demonstrated aptitude to translate requirements into innovative solutions Technical experience in multiple technology domains and understanding of how that technology is used across multiple business functions, in multiple industries, to deliver business value Ability to identify implicit requirements of an overall solution ecosystem including support, monitoring, maintenance, etc. Demonstrated capacity for delivering results with diverse stakeholder groups Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer.
