About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both manual and automation testing and be passionate about delivering high-quality software products. This role requires close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of applications.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies and test cases. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.

Execute manual and automated test cases and report defects with clear reproduction steps. Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Perform load and performance testing to validate application scalability and stability.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies. Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects. Maintain test documentation, test reports, and quality metrics.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices. Ensure software quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.

Strong experience in Manual Testing and Test Case Design. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver automation framework. Experience with Playwright automation testing.

Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing. Good experience in API Testing using Postman, REST APIs, or similar tools. Experience in Load/Performance Testing using JMeter or equivalent tools.

Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Knowledge of SQL and database validation testing.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. #LI-SM1 #LI-ONSITE
