Reference 260001LF Responsibilities In this central and dynamic role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of crucial features for applications used by our traders and operations worldwide, primarily in New York. As a C# Developer, you will be versatile, display leadership qualities, and approach challenges with enthusiasm, delivering innovative solutions that support our business growth. Your responsibilities include crafting and supporting software for trade booking, position management, settlement, and straight‑through processing of electronic trades within the Post Trade FIC team, working actively with upstream and downstream systems.
You will develop a strategic trading tool for trade capture and regulatory reporting in the FIC perimeter, covering back‑end development. You will participate in requirements gathering, design processes, and collaborate with business analysts, leveraging your knowledge of finance and trading protocols and working from conception to delivery while adhering to agile, continuous delivery, and change‑management processes. You will work in an innovative environment on ambitious projects.

Development (C#, .NET Core, Windows, Linux, Kubernetes, Azure and related technologies) Participation in modernization streams: Public Cloud, Modularization, Digitalization Leading a specific stream on the technical transformation of X-One Level 3 support Platform monitoring and incident anticipation Proposal and study of technical architecture Lead workshops and guilds Technical Stack C# / .NET MongoDB NATS.io MQ Series Oracle Git Jenkins NuGet Unit Testing Qualifications Required: Minimum 5 years of .NET/C# development experience Very good level of maturity for production and teamwork 2 years of multithreading experience Ability to contribute to architecture choices, intervene on different streams, and act as a reference for other developers Ability to transform business features into sustainable, maintainable, and reusable code Mastery of object‑oriented programming and agile development practices Experience in developing and deploying RESTful services Algorithmic skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English Experience in the financial industry or financial products Analytical, detail‑oriented, fast‑learning, working well under pressure Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent Nice‑to‑have: Knowledge of messaging technologies (NATS.io, RabbitMQ), network protocols, and socket programming Knowledge in risk analysis and pricing Understanding of trading and settlement workflows for FIC products Degree in finance Languages: French, English. Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing is required.
