Software Developer in Test (Automation Tester - Java/Selenium) Location: Albany, NY (Onsite - 2 days/week + alternate Fridays) Job Type: (W2 Only) Eligibility: USC / GC Only Experience Required: Strictly 5-6 years (no exceptions) Strong Automation Tester (SDET) with Core Java + Selenium WebDriver , test framework development , SQL/DB2 validation , CI/CD (Jenkins, TestNG) , and experience testing complex enterprise/web & mobile applications . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or Master's + 1 year experience) 5-6 years of software testing experience (MANDATORY) Minimum 3+ years testing complex enterprise applications 2+ years hands-on experience in Selenium automation (Java) Strong Core Java programming skills (no record/playback tools) Experience writing SQL queries for data validation Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with Mobile Automation (Appium, Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, LambdaTest) Knowledge of DB2, SOAP UI, EDI (834/837), UI Path Familiarity with Rational Quality Manager and Agile methodologies Experience in Healthcare / Medicaid / Medicare domains
