As a key member of the Ameresco team, you will lead documentation efforts for the AssetPlanner® platform while delivering high-quality client support.

Your responsibilities include creating training materials, providing technical assistance, and collaborating with the software development team. With a focus on AI-driven enhancements, you'll play a vital role in improving workflows and client success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop documentation for all AssetPlanner® modules • Create client-facing training materials for AI enablement • Provide ongoing technical support via various channels • Deliver client training during implementation sessions • Document and communicate support activities efficiently Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Minimum 3 years in SaaS implementation or client support • Familiarity with CMMS platforms or SaaS environments • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Strong communication skills and attention to detail Excel in client success, technical assistance, and documentation as a Software Data Analyst with Ameresco. #J-18808-Ljbffr
