Sodexo Chief Operating Engineer Role

Reporting to the System Engineering Manager, your leadership will drive maintenance, energy management, and compliance initiatives while developing a skilled team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant operations • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards • Supervise, coach, and support operating teams • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Monitor plant performance and identify improvements Requirements: • Valid 2nd Class Power Engineer's Certificate for Nova Scotia • Minimum 5 years in industrial utility systems management • Supervisory experience in a unionized setting • Strong knowledge of energy management systems • Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office 365 Drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety at Sodexo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
